  • 211 Ontario - A free 24/7 confidential helpline and searchable online database for all community, social, health and government services.  Binlingual and translation services available. Call 2-1-1.
  • Here 24/7 Mental Health & Addictions Crisis - Provides mental health and addiction services in our region. Call  1-844-HERE-247 (437-3247) TTY: 1-877-688-5501 or visit  the website.
  • ConnexOntario - Confidential phone, chat, texting and email service that helps people dealing with mental health, gambling, or addiction concerns, or are worried about a loved one. Call 1-866-531-2600 or Text CONNEX to 2-4-7-2-4-7
  • Virtual Urgent Care - Access urgent care without leaving home. Online urgent care is available for residents in Southwestern Ontario. Appointment costs are fully covered with an Ontario health card. 
  • Health Care Connect - The program refers people without a regular family health care provider to physicians and nurse practitioners who are accepting new patients in their community.
