The Cambridge and North Dumfries Ontario Health Team Leadership Council provides overall governance and oversight of the OHT’s work, serves as the accountability body for the OHT, and acts as the decision-making forum, with authority to accept or action recommendations. The Leadership Council embeds co-designing of solutions and initiatives within the CND OHT to meet the needs and accommodate the preferences of those accessing health, community and social services in Cambridge and North Dumfries. A total of up to 14 Leadership Council members represent both a sector perspective and skills-based competencies, representing sectors including Acute Care, Community Support Services, Digital, Homecare, Long Term Care, Members at Large, Mental Health and Addictions, Patient, Family and Caregiver, Primary Care, Social Services, and the Transfer Payment Agency.
