  • Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Clinic (RAAM) - A specialized clinic for those experiencing health issues related to their substance use. Access to RAAM clinics are on a walk in basis. Call 1-844-722-2977 to get information on hours at your closest RAAM clinic. Or access their Digital front door service.
  • Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA WW)- A  non-profit organization, providing a full care system for those with mental health, substance-use, or developmental needs. They serve everyone from children to adults to seniors, all under one roof.
  • Stonehenge Therapeutic Community- Provides community and residential treatment to people who have substance use issues. They provide various programs in both residential and community based settings. All services are voluntary and are self referrals.  Call Here 24/7 at 1-844-437-3247 to complete an assessment and request addictions treatment.
  • Ontario Addiction Treatment Centres (OATC)- Provides treatment for opioid agonist therapy and other addictive substance. OATC offers therapy for hepatitis C and HIV care. Front Door - Supports youth and parents of children and youth (up to their 18th birthday) who are struggling with life’s challenges such as emotions, behaviours, relationships and mental health. For parents or youth call 519-749-2932. 
  • BounceBackOntario     A free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, depression, anxiety, stress or worry. 
  • Togetherall-  A digital mental health support service which is available online, 24/7, and is completely anonymous so you can express yourself freely and openly. 
  • Ontario Structured Psychotherapy West Region Offers free, short-term, evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and anxiety-related concerns.
